I'm known to my friends, relatives, and family as Rocky and Zeca. I am a retired Loss Prevention Engineer whose passion is cooking.
My goal is to teach that anyone can make good food by following easy to prepare recipes. Old Word Cooking Cooking Made Easy is the chefzeca motto.
Other than cooking and experimenting with food I enjoy travel, reading the classics; writers such as Dickens, Wilkie Collins and various others.
It's also great finding and trying out both the old and new restaurants throughout the country and the world.
